Euclid Adult Basic and Literacy Education Program (ABLE)
Our three skills classes and the transitions class have been designed to meet each student’s academic needs. Whether you want your GED, are getting ready to go to college, looking for a better job or just want to brush up on specific skills, our classes will work for you. Our experienced instructors will assist you to learn at your own pace. Funded by Federal and State Grants are classes are free. You must attend orientation before entering our classes.
1. Beginning Education Skills
This class moves at a slower pace, teaching beginning skills in Math, English and Reading to help you develop a good base for future studies. The class meets on Monday and Wednesday throughout the school year
2. Intermediate Education Skills
Decimals, percents, pre-algebra and geometry along with sentence and paragraph structure prepare you for our advanced class. The class meets on Monday and Wednesday throughout the school year.
3. Advanced Education Skills
Algebra, Geometry and other math skills along with essay writing prepare you for the Official GED test. The class meets Tuesday and Thursday through the school year.
