Biographical Sketch

Leslie L. Speer, Ph.D., NCSP, is Associate Staff with Cleveland Clinic Childrenrsquos Hospital Center for Pediatric Behavioral Health. Dr. Speer is a pediatric psychologist and sees patients at the Autism Center located on Shaker Campus.

Dr. Speer is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Masterrsquos of Science degree in Educational Psychology at the University of Utah where she also earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Psychology.

Dr. Speer is a member of several professional associations, including American Psychological Association, National Association of School Psychologists, and the Ohio Association of Psychologists.

Her specialty interests include evaluations of Autism Spectrum Disorders (Autistic Disorder, Aspergerrsquos Disorder and Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified), treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders, consultations regarding educational placements and services (e.g., special education, IEP, 504 accommodations), and behavior management.
