Lisa M. Millard, M.Ed
Lisa is a Intervention Specialist / Coach/ Job Training coordinator. She has 20 years of experiences specializing in the area of dyslexia and early intervention in phonological awareness using multi- sensory research base approaches in the area of reading and mathematics. Coaching sessions are in a creative, upbeat environment using research based methods, games, front-loading school work and most of all providing strategies, tools, and teaching them how to self- advocate by using their strengths with the goal of self confidence. Lisa prides herself on partnering with parents in navigating the “system” with school districts (IEP, tips for their teacher) and connecting them with other resources to help them see the gifts that come from empowering them with knowledge.
