Continuity Occupational Therapy LLC provides pediatric occupational therapy through in-home visits in Lakewood, Rocky River, Westlake, Avon, Bay Village, Cleveland, and surrounding communities, with teletherapy appointments also available.

We help children and adolescents build skills for handwriting, fine motor activities, sensory regulation, dressing, play, and everyday routines. Evaluations, individualized treatment, and caregiver guidance are tailored to your child’s needs and your family’s priorities. Together, we can determine whether in-home visits or teletherapy are appropriate for your child.
