CLW Community Employment is based on this primary truth:  Every person has the right to experience meaningful opportunities in the community.

Utilizing a person’s STRENGTHS, EXPERIENCES and GOALS as a guide, CLW creates supportive and gainful employment opportunities, as well as community experiences, to individuals in many communities across Ohio.

CLW provides Employment Services for individuals who utilize a waiver, reside in an ICF, and through the EMPLOYMENT FIRST Partnership.  CLW has had hundreds of successful placements throughout Ohio since 2014.

We currently provide community employment services in more than 25 counties in Ohio!
