At Epic, we believe independence isn’t just a goal—it’s a right. Our services are designed to meet people where they are and support them in building the life they want—with personalized care, skill-building opportunities, and compassionate guidance toward greater self-reliance.
Structured, 24-hour residential settings offering individualized care and support. ICFs provide opportunities for personal growth and community inclusion through training in daily living skills, recreational engagement, and social development. Services include:
- Nursing services and physician oversight
- Nutrition consultation and health planning
- Recreational and social activities
- Access to physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as needed
Supported Living
Supportive services are delivered in homes chosen by the individual. Whether it’s 24-hour care or just a few hours per day, support is designed around personal goals and assessed needs. Services may include:
- Daily living and financial skills development
- Accessing community resources
- Recreation and leisure skill-building
Designed for individuals who live independently and need minimal support. Services may be provided a few hours a month or a few hours a week, empowering individuals to maintain independence while receiving assistance with tasks tailored to their needs.
