Our primary mission is to create, develop and manage properties and programs that provide affordable housing for Medina County residents who have low to moderate incomes.

We work hard to make home ownership a reality for the people we serve. We provide financial and educational assistance to individuals and families, as well as the elderly and residents with special needs. MMHA works with several local agencies including the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board, Medina County Job and Family Services and Community Action.
