Our program also helps with building connections in the community for our individuals, helping them to:

• Attend activities in the community
• Travel to places independently
• Locate jobs available in their area

Achieving Dreams is an Agency Provider for adults with developmental disabilities. We provide both Adult Day Support (ADS) and Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC).
