Adapted Fitness and Yoga Plus LLC offers adapted aerobics, yoga, and more for individuals with disabilities and their families. Our classes benefit anyone that is in need of an adapted, low impact exercise program offering multiple options for all of our participants to be successful at their own level. Adapted Fitness and Yoga Plus also offers basic yoga for parents and staff, yoga for kids, chair yoga for seniors and personalized exercise programs for cancer patients held by Angela Siciliano who is a certified cancer exercise specialist.
