Brain Aerobics

Studies indicate that of the 100 billion neurons in the brain, 100,000 are lost daily. Scientists know that it is possible to slow down brain aging by regularly “working out” your brain.

Keeping active mentally is crucial to successful aging. Believe it or not, it is possible to enjoy the process and experience humor as you learn. Brain Aerobics class, whether in a group or individual setting, is based on humor and enjoyment which is associated with longevity.

Each Brain Aerobics class challenges you by taking you out of your comfort zone and exercising both your left brain, the logical, sequential side, and the right brain which is the more creative side. You will be stimulating your brain by participating in novel tasks and challenging your brain to improve its function, ultimately increasing your capacity for sustained attention and concentration.

Each customized class will concentrate on discovering your strengths and capitalizing on them to build your self-esteem and sense of accomplishment. You will find yourself mentally stimulated and smiling at the same time. You will end each session on a positive note and already looking forward to your next class!
