Friends Forever, Inc. was started in 1983 as a non-profit organization committed to providing recreational, educational and social activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our members range in age from 13 to over 60 and almost half reside in some form of group housing. For many of our members, events sponsored by Friends Forever provide the only consistent opportunity to see life-long friends.

Bowling League

Our bowling league provides a weekly recreation opportunity and meets on Saturdays from September to April at Yorktown Lanes in Parma Heights. Members are placed on teams and bowl against each other in a fun and competitive environment and we hold an annual bowling banquet in May where we award a wide assortment of trophies. Non-members with developmental disabilities are always welcome as guest bowlers and volunteer opportunities are also available to assist our members during bowling.

In addition to bowling leagues, educational and social events are held throughout the year.
