Who can receive services from Holmes County Board of Developmental Disabilities?
Eligible individuals must meet the following six criteria:
1. Reside in Holmes County
2. Have a developmental disability
3. Disability affected them before age 22
4. Disability is expected to be lifelong
5. Disability results in age-specific functional limitations
6. Person needs a combination and sequence of care/treatment/services for an extended period of time that is individually planned.
