Kirsten has provided many different services, from crisis intervention and clinical assessment to ongoing psychotherapy and parent guidance. She has helped individuals and their families deal with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-injury, time management and organization, insomnia, peer relationships and bullying, family dynamics surrounding divorce and remarriage, the developmental transition from childhood to adolescence, and parenting strategies for managing these issues. Kirsten provides individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults as well as parent education and support. Kirsten focuses on client strengths and enjoys integrating principles from a variety of treatment approached, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.
