It is the mission of Maple Leaf Community Residences, Incorporated to provide quality, safe and affordable residential housing to persons with disabilities.

Maple Leaf’s primary goal is to purchase or rent homes to provide residences for people referred to us by the Geauga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, GCBDD, Metzenbaum Center. Our responsibilities include maintenance, with an emphasis on health and safety and required architectural improvements for people with particular disabilities.
