Medina Creative Housing works with families to encourage early planning and timely transition of adult children with disabilities into independent housing with supports designed and/or adapted to meet their childrsquos individual needs. Today, Medina Creative Housing provides single family homes and is expanding housing options through development of Medina Creative Living subsidized garden style apartment units.

Additionally, we provide homemaker/personal care supports to assure success. Our “Life Steps” life skills training program is providing a stepping stone to independence. Our Property Maintenance Employment Enclave is providing real life experience and on the job training. Our newest enclave, Medina Creative Produce, is a fully operational hydroponic greenhouse that produces 900 heads of lettuce a week. We also design and install handicapped accessible modifications to meet individual physical needs. Our programs continue to grow and we are available to assist other organizations in program development through partnerships and consulting.
