On Target ABA is an autism therapy organization, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD diagnoses.
We are made up of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and behavior therapists who are committed to helping our clients develop to their maximum potential while providing them with a fun and motivating environment.

We provide home-based and school-based ABA therapy in the Greater Cleveland area.

We put a special emphasis on Verbal Behavior (VB), focusing on language, communication, and social and play skills. Our highly trained staff has seen tremendous results and successes in helping our clients gain the skills they need for life.

At On Target ABA we know how vital these childhood years are for the development of children with autism. Our team of dedicated and highly trained BCBAs, RBTs and behavior therapists give it our all to make sure that your child is unlocking their full potential. This is all done under the guidance of our founder and director, Ilana Gross, MS, BCBA, COBA.
