Dr. Dale received his medical degree from the University of Toronto School of Medicine in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings throughout his psychiatric residency, including Welborn Baptist Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, and Mississauga Hospital in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
