The Seed Sowing Sistah Movement provides mental wellness workshops and training to educators, human resources departments, and other impactful individuals on a variety of topics such as Adulting, Mental Wellness and Educators, and Mental Health for Caregivers. We also offer one-on-one life coaching sessions, as well as group sessions. In addition, we offer a mental wellness portal with off and online resources.
