Step By Step was founded in 1993 and is a private, for-profit organization focusing on employment and training for persons with special needs. We believe everyone who truly desires to work and is willing to put forth the effort needed to obtain and maintain employment, should be provided vocational opportunities. We see ourselves as a resource, as advocates and as employment and training specialists working in partnership to provide a necessary service to persons served, referral sources, businesses and the community.
