The Family Advocacy Program is designed to help families to navigate the mental health and developmental disabilities systems and augment the treatment provided elsewhere in Ascentia so that quality of life can be improved for those we serve.

Pooled disability trust coordination
Representative Payee Services
Special Needs Trust assessment
Transition from child to adult services or adult to nursing home services
