Shepherd’s Well has a passion for moms who experience the challenging demands of mothering a child with special needs and different abilities. Our desire is to offer these moms opportunities to get away from the challenging demands for a few hours and exchange them for rest and refreshment.
We are an organization that provides respite and refreshment to special needs moms.
WHAT WE DO
The Shepherd’s Well offers moms of special needs children a place and opportunity to experience respite in the midst of the challenging demands they face as parents. It allows them to unwind, rest, and relax and to experience encouragement, support, and friendships. The Shepherd’s Well retreat gatherings provide a delicious hot meal, fun crafts, pampering stations, a quiet room to truly relax, restorative movement, laughter, and spiritual support—all intended to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
