Trust the Journey
Mission: At Trust The Journey, our mission is simple yet powerful: to support children with disabilities and their families by easing the financial burdens associated with complex medical, developmental, and educational needs—both at home and in school.
We understand the challenges because we’ve lived them. Our founders are parents who have experienced firsthand the emotional, financial, and educational struggles of raising a child with disabilities. That lived experience drives our deep commitment to walking alongside other families on similar paths.
At Trust The Journey, we stand beside families—at home, in schools, and every step in between.
We provide more than just financial relief—we empower families through access to school-based resources, inclusive educational support, and compassionate advocacy. Through funding for assistive technology, guidance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and access to educational workshops and services, we help ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive in a learning environment that meets their unique needs.
Purpose: Trust The Journey is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds and providing direct financial assistance to families who are caring for children with disabilities, challenges, and medically complex conditions. We aim to bridge the financial gap and help ensure that every child receives the care and opportunities they deserve.
Our founders have lived the experience navigating the complexities of raising a child with disabilities. They’ve faced the overwhelming costs, the red tape, and the emotional toll. Now, they are committed to helping others avoid some of those hardships. Through Trust The Journey, we aim to bring hope, relief, and real support to families in need.
