Formerly known as The Workshops, Inc., TWi has served those with developmental disabilities for 50 years. We provide low-cost Ohio labor services to businesses and nonprofits, as well as a range of training and enrichment programs for the individuals in our programs.

We help people soar.  TWi encourages people with developmental disabilities through employment, vocational training and enrichment programs.    We bring people together — uniting individual dreams with the practical needs of today’s employers. By  integrating capable, diligent participants into workplaces and public spaces, we’re strengthening businesses and the community.    We’re a regional service provider, maintaining four primary day locations, as well as managing team members in the field at business locations throughout the area.
