Our Mission

Assist local high schools to fulfill the workplace IEP transition goal for their 16-22 year old mild to moderate special needs students by providing job placement, job coaching and on-going support.

Support families and individuals with mild to moderate cognitive abilities through his/her transition into the workforce by providing job coaching, job placement and ongoing support.

Provide businesses the tools and support needed to hire and successfully manage individuals with mild to moderate cognitive abilities.
