The WeCare . . . Because You Do program was created to help busy, stressed family caregivers get the help they really need, whether it’s:

• Helping you find quality services, like transportation, home delivered meals or help at home
• Tips for improving your care skills, like bathing or dressing
• Understanding and managing challenging behaviors
• Finding help with powers of attorney, wills, etc.
• Exploring housing options
• And yes— even finding time for yourself to relax and recharge

If you live in the state of Ohio, WeCare is available at no cost to you and your family.

What will the program do for you?

You’ll have access to one of our experienced, professional Care Navigators, who will answer your questions and guide you to the information, education and resources you need. They’ll even share techniques for getting more family members and friends involved. Imagine having an expert in your corner to help you navigate the world of care!

WeCare services are all provided by phone, email and online at times convenient for you—there are no in-person appointments to keep.
